It very carefully guides each member of the class through the process of working on their spiritual and emotional health before they get into the process of becoming physically prepared for disasters. In each of our three classes, many have come to the first class absolutely terrified about their perception of the future as "the sky is falling." By the end of the third or fourth week, they are relaxed and enthusiastically participating in not only working on their own preparedness, but are enthusiastic about helping others."
